Due to the nature of our services, this policy replaces the traditional “Shipping and Exchange” policy:

Service Availability:

Eternal Skin Care Cosmetic Clinic provides in-person consultations and procedures at our physical location at 41/3/B/8, Choudhari Vasti Rd, Shanti Nagar, Rakshak Nagar, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer online consultations or procedures due to regulations and patient safety concerns.

Scheduling and Confirmation:

Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you have any questions or need to reschedule.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled date and time without penalty. Please notify us via call on +91 8766737727.

For cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within the 24-hour window: Refunds will be processed minus associated costs, as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (details available separately).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or after the procedure has begun: No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions:

We consider documented medical emergencies or financial hardship on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.

However, please note that payment gateways cannot process refunds based on non-shipment as we offer in-person services.
